Return / Refund policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

The Seller offering the product.Product’s availability with the Seller.The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

Part 1 :– Category, Return Window and Actions possible.

Grocery : Fruits, Tea, Herbal items, Rice, Turmeric etc. Sandal Soap, Agarbatti etc. 10 days Refund only/ No Return Fruits and Vegetables ordered would be delivered only in the first attempt. In order to ensure that you get fresh fruits and vegetables, we will not be making reattempts to deliver your fruits and veggies in case you miss your slot. Rest of grocery items from Supermart would be delivered through reattempt in case you miss your slot.
Indian Sweets, Dessert items. NO return or replacement (These are perishable goods so no refund pr replacement will be entertained.)
Indian Handicraft : Woodcraft, Clay craft, Metal Craft, Natural Craft, Indian Traditional Art 10 Days Replacement only
If a manufacturing defect/ damage/ faulty product is delivered and proved with valid documents in the Returns Window, an exact replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery no subsequent issues/refunds will be generated.
In any case, only one replacement shall be provided when needed.
No Return Category Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.
e.g: Food and Agricultural items.

Part 2 :– Please read our Return/ Refund policies carefully.

GET G.I Global Pvt. Ltd. request you that in case you want to change your delivery address or any products/ items, please rectify the same before submitting your final order. After delivery, customers can return their products within 7 working days as per the company policies. Please note, after submitting an applicable reason, you may exchange, Replace or get a refund for the product, depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process

Following verification, you will be required to confirm your decision based on the category of product ordered.

Keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth returns process — including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc.

Pickup and Delivery of your order will be scheduled hand-in-hand in case of exchanges and replacements

Refund will be initiated and processed if applicable within 14 working days.

The products like apparels/ handlooms and textiles, should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Your request will be fulfilled according to GETGI’s returns / replacement guarantee

No product under the category such as Glassware / Clay craft is refundable because those are extremely fragile in nature.

NO product under the category such as Agriculture/ Food stuffs/ Fresh Fruits are refundable as they are perishable items.

Part 3 :– General Rules for a successful Return.

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

For Furniture/ Handicraft any product related issues will be checked by the seller in the return window and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the seller opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
